The Financial Analyst at RNBW Holdings LLC in New York, NY will develop robust financial analysis and build efficient financial processes to support our business objectives. Develop forecasts and budgets, track business performance, and conduct ad hoc analysis, primarily focused on Risk (credit and fraud) and ONE's lending products. Deliver timely insights to our business partners thanks to your data-driven insights, modeling skills, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement. Building, improving, and maintaining complex Google Sheets and Excel models. Gathering business inputs and developing forecasts and budgets. Analyzing assumptions and outputs, providing insights about expected business trends and performance to partners in Data & Risk and Product & Design. Developing crisp and clear materials for business partner and executive audiences. Developing, building, and automating actionable management reports and dashboards. Coordinating variance analysis and developing materials to provide insights. Partnering with analytics and other finance teams for key performance tracking and analysis. Conducting analysis and supporting business priorities including new product development, pricing and revenue strategies, and risk management strategies. Identifying opportunities to simplify and automate processes within finance and accounting as we scale. Collaborating to guide important initiatives such as process improvement and standardization, system enhancements, and data governance. Position is 100% remote. Position requires Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a directly related field, plus 3 years of experience in a strategic finance occupation, financial planning and analysis occupation, or related occupation at a FinTech company. The 3 years of experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) working as finance partner for product, risk, and credit teams; (2) financial modeling and reporting; (3) Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, three statement financial modeling, cohort analysis, and credit loss forecasting; (4) data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL, Mode, and Databricks; (5) Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau and Looker; and (6) accounting concepts, including GAAP, revenue recognition, and accrual terested candidates should e-mail resume to: [] Minimum Salary: Maximum Salary: Salary Unit: Yearly
