Position: Sales Manager, eCommerce Department: Hydro Flask Work Location: New York, NY, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite) Hybrid Schedule: Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days. What you will be doing: The Sales Manager (eCommerce) owns the relationship with and other pure play eCommerce customers as needed. Contributes to and implements the wholesale eCommerce sales strategy with responsibility for strategic planning, marketing & product/brand presentation and meeting specific sales goals. Collaborates with Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. Maintains relationship with key eCommerce channel partners, such as , and prepares joint business plans. Implements and tracks customer specific strategies defined by Sales Team leads. Negotiates vendor contracts & trade funds to build value and opportunity. Identifies selection opportunities - product bundles, product innovation and promotional offers to drive incremental growth. Applies retailer analytics to assess account performance and inform decision making. Leads promotional strategy and calendar for . Partners with Brand Marketing & COE team to ensure outstanding detail page, A+ and brand store content. Collaborates with Marketing Teams to develop and implement the seasonal and annual online marketing calendars to marry the Brand Sales and Marketing initiatives across . Partners with Marketing, COE & agency partners to build Amazon advertising strategy and complete plan. Builds strategic plan with cross-functional leads and completes that plan to consistently deliver on revenue targets and other KPIs. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve fill rates, reduce chargebacks and handle trade funds. Communicates clear expectations of the online marketplace landscape related to competitors, products, pricing & positioning within ecommerce channel. (New trends, market make-up, etc.). Owns channel and key partner forecasts to drive reliable planning. Partner with BI and Sales Ops to maintain appropriate forecasts, sell through, and merchandising of limited life items and forecasting of new product launches. Recruit, mentor & empower assigned sales team members to achieve sales and profit goals. Communicate expectations and results of sales team to cultivate continuous improvement through team meetings, training and 1:1 sessions with direct reports. Work closely with Sr. Director, eCommerce Sales to monitor performance of team members and contributions to key accounts. Develop SMART goals for individual team members and drive their achievement through planning and prioritization of key action steps and high payoff activities daily/monthly/quarterly. What you will be doing: The Sr. Financial Analyst is a key position in our FP&A Department with exposure to senior levels of management. This is a position that will provide valuable decision support and investment analysis regarding new product launches as well as address key analysis and drivers of our global business to continue profitable growth. P&L modeling to determine the feasibility and growth trajectory of the business for forecast, annual plans and long-term strategic planning. Develop Gross Margin analysis to evaluate and forecast trends in our manufacturing and supply chain workstreams. Partner with Marketing teams to develop robust analysis of brand profitability, categories, marketing investments and ROI. Assist FP&A Manager in developing and analyzing financial results and building analytical tools and presentations to evaluate and report on the business. Proficiency in Power BI is preferred. Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models to evaluate and provide financial mentorship on new product development and innovation. Postmortem reviews on recently launched new products to determine incrementally and performance against expectations. Partner with headquarter Finance & Accounting teams to better utilize our systems and build efficiencies regarding reporting and analysis. Partner with and support the US Commercial teams in financial decisions to achieve profitable volume growth. Act as a change agent with a continuous improvement mindset by developing outstanding analytical tools and key performance indicators to evaluate and report business results. Diligently support the financial cadence including monthly close/analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual planning and strategic efforts. Be comfortable within a Challenge and Be Challenged Culture by asking questions when something is not understood while also being challenged in a constructive way to help drive our team and business in a positive direction. Skills needed to be successful in this role: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, and a strong analytical problem solver Ability to interact with various levels of management Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years in related experience Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis In New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $98,493.50 - $147,740.25 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
