What the day will look like Innovate on employee survey and research practices. Lead projects/manage large scale projects. Apply analytical techniques to understand employee sentiment of total rewards programs and changing behavior. Work across teams to serve as the technical expert on total rewards strategy and optimization, starting off in a support role. Lead analytics related to total rewards optimization studies. Support team in the development of delivery tools and resources, thought leadership, and client offerings through your personal experience and perspective. Skills and experience that will lead to success Business Development: Has a supporting role in identifying and pursuing opportunities. Leads in the sales and RFP development process. Supports senior consultants for staffing pursuits, preparing for sales meetings and proposal writing Total Rewards Strategy and Optimization: Using data analytics and employee survey research skills to support these studies; on-the-job learning to build confidence in Aon solutions through articulated and demonstrated subject matter expert. Project Management: Leads a team to manage activities and the tasks to complete them including: milestone tracking, status reporting, resource accountability, and basic project financials. 10+ years of experience in an analytics or strategic total rewards consulting role 5+ years of experience employee survey research/total rewards strategy and optimization 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience; previous consulting experience preferred. strong statistical, SPSS, sensitivity analysis skills preferred. Must have broad exposure across industries with progressive responsibilities on projects and client engagements. Experience with large-scale, global assignments is preferred. Eligibility for benefits is governed by the applicable plan documents and policies. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000 - $175,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aons annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
