Essential Responsibilities: Work with Chief Revenue Officer to identify technology needs throughout the business and determine solutions. Execute and improve upon established IT SOX Controls. Initiate Change Management requests and maintain accurate records. Deploy & implement technology solutions through use of project management techniques. Maintain detailed documentation regarding all implemented solutions. Provide end-user support for all developed solutions and applications. Assist with provisioning efforts and tracking of Asset Inventory. Manage onboarding and offboarding effort for Vacations employees. Assist Data & Networking specialists with projects relating to consolidations of Vacations IT. Answer Audit and Business Continuity requests in a timely manner. Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent analytical, project management, interpersonal, organizational planning, and PC skills. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines. Strong attention to detail and follow-through is critical for this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information. Strong decision-making abilities. High degree of personal integrity. Desired Skills & Competencies: A Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology is preferred. 4+ years of relative work experience. Attention to detail. Self-motivated. Strong interpersonal skills. High-level of organization and follow through. Physical Requirements: Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally. Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time. Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation. Subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
