Job Title: Marketing Coordinator This is a hybrid position with On-Site Requirements Job Description Provide Marketing Support working directly with the marketing manager- including planning and coordinating functions and events. Create and distribute advertisements and promotional materials. Attend off-site conferences and seminars. Assist with website redesign and updates. Support proposal preparation and other project documents as needed. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for various functions and events. Create and distribute advertisements and promotional materials. Attend off-site conferences and seminars. Assist with website redesign and updates. Support proposal preparation and other project documents. Set up events, seminars, and order supplies. Help draft print advertisements, booklets, and promotional material. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)* SEO experience* Website design experience* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as a self-starter. 4+ years of relevant experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business with a Marketing or Graphic Design minor or Marketing Major. Experience in an engineering or professional consulting firm is a plus. Experience with social media. Ability to present and maintain a professional image and working relationship. Work Environment Standard 40-hour work week from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Monday in-office with one additional day at home each week, chosen between Tuesday and Friday. Located in Coraopolis or potentially in Harmarville. Travel required every two weeks within Western PA, not extending farther than Erie.
