Your Role: As the Quality Assurance Manager , you will: Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of QA Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Drive Quality: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing both automated and manual testing to ensure product excellence. Collaborate: Work closely with Development and Support teams to triage bug reports, reproduce issues, and ensure product quality. Innovate: Identify and implement opportunities to improve QA processes, staying ahead of industry best practices. Communicate: Keep stakeholders informed with clear and concise communication regarding testing metrics, analysis, and status. Key Responsibilities: Lead product and system testing, including updates and new releases. Build and execute test strategies, file defect reports, and communicate issues and risks. Develop and lead the test environment strategy. Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure product effectiveness and quality. Participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Directly manage and mentor QA team members, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and monitoring productivity. What You Bring: Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading manual and automated testing, with a solid understanding of development processes and SDLC. Leadership Skills: At least 3 years of people management and leadership experience. Technical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in testing databases and Agile methodologies. Team Player: A positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing.
