Strategy Manager

Job Description: Pay Range: $21.89hr - $27.73hr The State Plan requires the completion of regional community needs assessments using quantitative and qualitative research techniques; creation of regional plans; and integration of regional plans into a statewide plan. This individual will manage junior analysts, typically PhD research assistants to clean, analyze and visualize data using the R programming language. Collaborate with EOEA and ASAP staff to develop and update dashboards and other visuals. Implement assessment rubrics to reliably determine how well Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) program staff are implementing programs; collaborate with ASAPs and EOEA staff to improve the assessment process. Use SQL to extract data from agency databases. Summarize and present complex data, observations, and recommendations visually, in writing, and through oral presentations.
