Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional efficiency, a strong knowledge of nursing procedures, and a commitment to patient safety. Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality patient care through effective communication and collaboration with patients and healthcare staff. Provide treatment and care to ill, injured, and recovering patients. Assess patient conditions, administer medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs while maintaining accurate records. Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management strategies. Develop and coordinate individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to established policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Work independently under supervision to implement care goals. Conduct regular assessments of patients to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support patient care. Exhibit motivation and a desire for career growth within the nursing field. Maintain excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients, and their families. License/Certification : Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Valid nursing license. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical nursing setting is required. Certification: Basic Life Support
