Job Title: Marketing Coordinator DQE Communications, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a fiber-optic Internet and data network access provider for businesses and carriers in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland and Ohio. Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator at DQE will support the marketing team in executing various marketing activities and campaigns. This includes assisting with content creation, social media management, event coordination, vendor management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be local to the Pittsburgh area. Hybrid work environment. Key Job Responsibilities: Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns. Support the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and tactics. Support the maintenance and updates to the company website and digital marketing channels. Manage the content and campaign calendars. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Coordinate logistics, manage event materials, and assist with on-site event support. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing marketing calendars. Maintain organized records of marketing activities and materials. Support Sales and Marketing Leaders in management of marketing vendors as needed. Work closely with marketing leader, sales team, product, and delivery to align marketing efforts with overall company goals. Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and external partners. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. Telecom experience preferred. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in marketing preferred.
