Job Details Job Location CMPC GA - Atlanta, GA Position Type Full Time Education Level Bachelor's Job Shift Day Job Category Sales Description SUMMARY: The Sales Manager Boxboard is accountable for maximizing all sales and marketing opportunities and generating incremental revenue by identifying, cultivating, and soliciting all prospects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales to existing clients and new business development. Provide exceptional customer service focusing on profitability, customer experience, sales service and strategic business goals, ensuring solid long-term partnerships. Directly responsible for managing all monthly pricing to ensure profit margins are met, anticipating volume required by customers with estimated production from the mills, and ensuring mill product and product arrival dates are accurately aligned with required delivery dates for customers. Manage inventory in multiple warehouse locations and monthly reconciliations. Collaborate with internal finance department to monitor and evaluate credit lines. Identify needs and implement solutions to increase revenue. Escalate issues and concerns to production, design, and other critical functions to improve quality, service and all deliverables. Manage monthly financial sales, and inventory reports to include accuracy before the reports are distributed to suppliers, customers, and internal sales group. Create synergy between the various groups divisions and other businesses to capitalize on all opportunities for revenue generation. Special projects and assignments as needed for business. Responsible for creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards, in accordance with Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or similar field required 2 years Sales experience in preferred Able to prioritize demands to maximize customer satisfaction. Prior Customer Service experience preferred. Able to multitask in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
