Join Brown-Forman as the Market Manager for Off-Premise/Chains in Missouri. Lead and innovate in the off-premise market, driving brand success through strategic initiatives, impactful relationships, and flawless execution. What You Can Expect: Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact with key off-premise account groups, covering the entire Brown-Forman portfolio of brands. Create Impact: Design, develop, and implement key customer initiatives for Missouri's off-premise business (Local Chains, National Chains, Independents, and Convenience Stores.) that boost Brown-Forman and customer profitability. Build Relationships: Establish and nurture positive customer rapport at all levels across assigned territory. Drive Success: Conduct business performance reviews with the distributor leadership to achieve state plans. Collaborate: Partner with Brown-Forman National Account Teams and Regional Distributor Account Team to ensure flawless execution of Independent and Chain programs. Innovate: Work with the Brown-Forman e-premise team to communicate cutting-edge programs and execution plans to distributors and customers. Champion Brands: Develop and execute off-premise brand-building plans in collaboration with distributors in assigned territory. Win at Retail: Lead the off-premise effort at the point of purchase, ensuring superior distributor execution of brand initiatives. Connect: Engage with and influence key external contacts, including distributor partners, retailers, consumers, and agencies. Planning & Analysis: Strategize: Lead off-premise teams to gather local market feedback for specific brand plans, setting clear objectives and priorities. Agility: Coordinate communication of plan adjustments based on market performance and success. Manage Budgets: Manage budget responsibilities to drive financial success. Distributor & Agency Management: Activate Programs: Develop and ensure the proper activation of all off-premise programs. Lead Initiatives: Oversee the execution of Off-Premise pull programming and all branded initiatives. Implement Plans: Execute the Brown-Forman business plan with the off-premise team, holding them accountable for results. Manage Agencies: Oversee third-party promotion agencies for off-premise, ensuring alignment with BF business and brand plans. Be the Key Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact with key off-premise account groups, covering the entire Brown-Forman portfolio of brands. What Makes You Unique: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the beverage alcohol and/or beverage industry with a proven track record of meeting key metrics and a strong, consistent presence in the market with key accounts and customers. Coaching: Strong coaching and sales training skills. Partnership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, while actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with leaders across various channels, functions, and geographies. Enterprise Mindset: Able to prioritize the overall Brown-Forman business needs above specific territory or team needs. Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required, with a valid state driver's license and the capability to lift 60 pounds.
