The salary range for this position is $32.69 - $36.34 per hour based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY The Global Sales Brand Management Coordinator - Ole Henriksen will be responsible for assisting the Global Brand Manager in all brand efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and creative problem-solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with timeline tracking including calendar, creative brief schedule and upcoming activation milestone dates. Coordinate team meeting management and recaps (including scheduling, note taking, assisting with the agenda). Maintain and update VM assortment files and creative asset library, support in submitting VM briefs, and manage key VM timelines. Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and channels: VM, Marketing, Creative, Education. Maintain a professional relationship with key retail partners through effective and timely communication. Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects. Prepare reports and analyses to be used by brand management and ad hoc projects as needed. Coordinate product samples - track, organize and distribute product to internal and external teams. Miscellaneous administrative tasks including lunch catering, meeting coordination and product shipping. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably 1 year of experience in retail, beauty or fashion. Beauty Junkie A MUST! Must have proficiency with MS Office, including basic Excel functions and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Motivated self-starter; able to be resourceful and work independently. Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing. Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed. Able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives.
