What we can offer : A crafted employee experience designed to foster professional growth, a focus on health & well-being and an internal community that will set you up for success The Opportunity: As a Senior Manager- Human Resources Solutions Center (HRSC) you will be responsible for managing the successful day-to-day operations of the HR Solutions Center team. Our HRSC team is critical to HR operations and our employee experience as they are responding to HR and payroll related inquiries and requests and processing accurate employment data. In this leadership role, you will serve as the first point of escalation for the Tier 1 specialist and be a point of contact for HR Centers of Excellence, In this impactful role, you will be responsible for managing business workflow in the solutions center providing guidance and daily support to the team while serving as a functional and technical lead. You will utilize a mix of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills and your ability to coach our team. As the Senior Manager you will: Partner with the local HR Business Partners to map the current employment record process. Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement in the new hire onboarding and i-9 documentation processes. Research best practices and industry standards for employment record management as well as recommend and implement changes to streamline various processes ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency. Regularly monitor and maintain data accuracy for legal compliance and efficient recordkeeping. Maintain a centralized knowledge base for employment-related information which includes frequently asked questions (FAQs), data collection guidelines, troubleshooting steps, and contact information for internal resources. Regularly review and update the knowledge base to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and systems. Ensure the knowledge base supports the smooth handling of HR transactions and data management within HR systems. Conduct business workflow established within the company, identify areas for improvement, propose alternative options, and lead implementation with key stakeholders. Understand employment records required in multiple systems, review employment data flow between systems, and propose areas for improvement to maintain information accurately. Lead a system and process implementation for unemployment verification/validation platform. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 + years of applicable human resources leadership experience, including management of a service delivery team that includes experience in HR administration, payroll, benefits administration, or other related disciplines. Successful experience in process re-engineering, training and project management. Proven passion for customer service and teamwork. Proficient in general computer skills (typing, strong MS office, system of record input, payroll). Proficient in use of multiple HR systems and call center technology tools with an understanding of employment data points. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines within mid-large sized companies with a high volume of new hire processing. Proven success in handling multiple priorities and business workflows in a fast-paced environment. Proven history of success in leading and coaching a team and arriving at business solutions.
