Job Description Theracare is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in the Home Health Care settings. This is a PRN position for the Tipton and Kokomo area Come and enjoy all that Theracare has to offer including: Easy access to local Regional Management Staff Flexible scheduling Qualifications The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy Current state license/certification Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation New Graduates are welcome to apply Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
