Senior DevOps Engineer (Python, Oracle, AWS)

Looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Python, Oracle, and AWS to join our team at Capital One. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be involved in innovating databases like Oracle, Aurora, PostgreSQL and building automation with DevOps principles for AWS services like RDS, S3, IAM, Cloudwatch with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. General Responsibilities: Work with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios Continuously improve software engineering practices Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies Ensure the availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor other engineers Encourage innovation, inclusive thinking, and teamwork Basic Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory) At least 2 years of experience with AWS Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, or CloudWatch) 3+ years of experience with RDBMS Databases (Oracle) 3+ years of experience with Python 2+ years of experience in Agile practices AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer Certification Oracle Database Certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position.
