Principal Program Manager - DevOps and SaaS initiatives

We are seeking a seasoned Software Program Manager who can work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance our DevOps and SaaS capabilities. This role requires strong program management skills, a deep understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Responsibilities Self-Assessment Questions: Have you successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams and influenced them to do the right things, even when they didn't report directly to you? Are you comfortable navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities? Do you have a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record of implementing process improvements? Can you describe a time when you led a team through a challenging problem-solving activity that led to identifying effective root causes and solutions? Do you measure your own success in a project, and can you articulate what specific actions you took to ensure your contributions were impactful? Are you adept at guiding teams on strategic planning as well as day-to-day work management? Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. Additional Qualifications Technical degree in Engineering, Math, or Science Experience in program management of strategic initiatives related to DevOps, Cloud, and SaaS capabilities Ability to understand technology; able to participate and contribute to technical conversations Ability to influence others even when you do not have direct authority over them Experience with Agile software development practices Experience with JIRA and Confluence
