CommQuest is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide services to provide Addiction Recovery and Mental Health treatment for CommQuest Services. Provides psychiatric health services, education, counseling and emotional support. Oversee and monitor psychotropic medications, including medication used as part of the MAT model of care for substance use detox Orders laboratory tests, interprets and explains the test results to patients. Provides patient education regarding medications, risks, benefits and reasonable outcome expectations. Communicates with patients and engages in follow-up as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Requirements: Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing or DNP from accredited College or University Minimum of 2 years of PMHNP prescribing experience Board certification as a PMHNP in Ohio DEA license with full prescriptive authority Previous experience working in substance use treatment/detox We are an equal opportunity employer.
