Who we are looking for: If you're looking for something outside of a typical clinic setting where you can help people with disabilities become more independent and involved in their community, then BILT is the place for you! We work with children, teens, or adults in-home and in the community. We are primarily looking for assistance with assessments, creating behavior plans that will satisfy our funders requirements, staff supervision, parent training, and re-assessment/submitting information to our funders. We ideally are looking for someone comfortable with going in person as needed to the Boston area (especially during assessments and staff training) but we are flexible with having supervisions, meetings, and other work occur remotely. We are looking for the BCBA to assist with supervising, plan re-assessments & more in the Lexington area. Make your own schedule! Company Culture: BILT, Inc. was founded by a BCBA who will be working closely with you throughout all cases and providing support as needed. We have a scheduling and administrative team so you are solely focusing on behavioral work. We use central reach for data collection. Responsibilities: Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided. Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc. Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served. Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points. Maintain quality outcome data. Complete functional assessment. Develop and implement BSP. Behavior Specialist will consult after discharge. Seek input and maintain effective communication with all relevant parties Modify BSP's as necessary. Attend all agency, departmental, and client specific meetings as needed Conduct direct support staff training on implementation if individual behavioral support plans and related data collection. Position details: 4-10 hours a week ongoing, ability to advance in the company or come on full time after three months probation period, this position can be done remotely but we do expect that you will come in person as ethically needed for the client. The BCBA will not be responsible for staff training or scheduling.
