DUTIES: Perform ad-hoc consumer analyses to support business efforts. Develop and apply mathematical and statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide analytics information. Answer business questions from Brands and NA Leadership to identify opportunities and trends. Proactively engage in ongoing data mining activities to identify opportunities by querying and exploring the Consumer Data Platform (CDP).Work with CRM and Loyalty teams to develop an automated process for reporting on campaign results. Include results for the brand total, mail group and control group across product categories, spend ranges and other metrics. Develop and produce timely consumer and market/store reports that monitor changes in the customer base. Create and execute reports to be generated on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in order to establish trends and identify action items .Be proactive in identifying specific analytical projects to increase business intelligence thus facilitating more fact-based decisions based on customer analysis. Manage and execute the process to design and deliver of CRM analytics projects: Develop customer segment-based metrics, goals and measurement as for customer lifecycle marketing programs. Design and conduct testing recommendation to measure impact of CRM and marketing programs. Create and manage standard post-campaign analysis reports/insights, custom store level reports and dashboards. Maintain an active role in CDP system, data quality and integrity and any related IT development project which engages the customer. Identify opportunities to improve analytical approaches and tools. Continue develop capabilities to automate analytics to streamline the process and delivery of analytics and insights. Develop and report easily consumable, visualized dashboards of customer metrics for key stakeholders and executives with actionable insight call-outs. Partner with other departments/divisions to share learnings and insights. Support company-wide, non-marketing analytical efforts, as necessary.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related analytical degree or foreign equivalent and three (3) years of experience in developing quantitative marketing analytics/data mining or related occupation and presenting those results to the business. Full term of experience must include utilizing Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL and data visualization tools including Tableau, Microstrategy VI and Data Studios ; Using did AB Testing; Utilizing relational databases and MS Excel/PowerPoint; Performing predictive modeling; Working in a retail, CPG or other consumer-driven industry; and Using R, Python, SQL, Excel, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Statistical Modeling, and Logistic Regression. Minimum Salary: 78,894 Maximum Salary: 106,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
