Contracts Specialist

Acutronic is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all contracts for Acutronic USA Inc. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, contract specialist, or related role. Contracts Specialist Your Roles/Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and prepare customer contracts and other legal documents, including but not limited to drafting and editing contract terms and making necessary amendments to terms and conditions Identify programmatic, contractual, and legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate the company's exposure Engage in negotiations with customers to secure favorable contract terms for Acutronic Analyze, negotiate, and manage modifications, special provisions, contract/program requirements, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to legal, compliance, sales, project management, and procurement teams, to provide oversight and guidance, identify and mitigate contractual risks, align strategies and goals, provide solutions, and escalate concerns Maintain up-to-date and easily accessible contract documentation for internal stakeholders Provide contract administration, including but not limited to: Recommending, drafting, and assisting in the implementation of contract templates Developing and improving contracts-related policies and procedures Creating and delivering contract-related work instructions and trainings This position includes support to other legal entities and divisions of Acutronic within the United States Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's degree, from an accredited college or university, in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, preferred. Combination of experience and education would be considered.
