About the Position: As a Senior Analyst, you'll"¯use your expertise to help shape the approach our teams take to solving client problems. You will lead more junior staff to gather and analyze information, recommend solutions for improvements, facilitate forward progress, and communicate and engage various stakeholders to increase buy-in. You will create trusted relationships with the clients to ensure the team achieves the outcomes with speed and innovation. Responsibilities may include: Develop the approach and project plan to achieve the client outcomes and identify adjustments during project implementation Design the data collection plan to understand the current state and environmental factors of the organization or problem set Design, deliver, and oversee the development of deliverables such as organizational assessments, business workflows, standard operating procedures, policies, communications materials, project templates, etc. Identify and validate key insights from client interactions and data collection to propose changes for organizational improvement Facilitate client group workshops, lead stakeholder interviews, and brief deliverables to clients Communicate the problem and recommendations to various stakeholders to increase buy-in Perform other duties as required Required Qualifications : Active DoD (other federal agency clearances considered) Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's degree Three (3)+ years experience in work related to management consulting, organizational development, strategic planning and implementation, communications, change management, and/or facilitation Ability to work on client site three (3) days per week in the DC Metropolitan area Preferred Qualifications: Certification in change management, Lean-Six Sigma, PMI, or other management consulting related discipline Our Unique Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Employee Funded Health Savings Account (HSA) Unlimited Sick Leave Generous Paid Vacation Time and Eight (8) Federal Holidays 401(k) Retirement Program, Rockwood provides a 100% match on employees contributions, up to 4% of their salary deferrals Employer-Paid Paternal Leave Employer-Paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance Continuous Learning and Tuition Reimbursement allowances Bonuses and incentives for high impact work Monthly Cell phone, Hotspot, or Internet Stipend Monthly wellness Stipend Company Teambuilding Events (i.e.: Nationals Games, Bowling, and more) Rockwood Company values creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
