Operational Risk and Resiliency Portfolio Manager Join our Global Regulatory Affairs Office (GRAO) to lead a portfolio of high-impact, enterprise-wide programs designed to enhance our risk management and controls, remediate regulatory findings, and streamline global regulatory communications. As an Operational Risk and Resiliency Portfolio Manager, you'll oversee a team of program managers, ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects that affect multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of large, complex programs with multiple projects and workstreams. Effectively delegate and oversee delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. Provide high-level assessments of progress, risks, and issues, driving rapid resolutions. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to achieve common goals. Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations across the portfolio. Maintain and continuously improve project efficiencies, ensuring high-quality standards. Anticipate and mitigate potential issues, defining pragmatic contingency plans. Supervise and develop a team of program managers, driving accountability for key milestones. Oversee third-party support and manage budgets and forecasts. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across correspondence and documentation. Motivate and develop team members, fostering professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of portfolio or program management experience, ideally within large banks or GSIBs (e.g., Chase, BofA, State Street). Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and enterprise risk management. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Project). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex change programs. Ability to build trust with stakeholders and manage up and down across the organization. Experience with regulatory control improvements (e.g., 1st line of defense programs) is a plus. Preferred: Experience in financial or non-financial risk programs. Background in regulatory compliance.
