We are proud of the recognition we have received from local and national organization regarding our culture and workplace: WPS Newsroom - Awards and Recognition Role Snapshot Our Performance Engineering Architect will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our Performance Engineering, Quality Engineering (QE) architectural roadmap. Will provide guidance to QA and QE teams that are performing a variety of Performance testing and nonfunctional validation during all phases of a given development process. This person will work closely with internal clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers to recommend, design, and implement effective orchestration of Performance Engineering solutions. They will develop and maintain the strategy roadmap, setup appropriate test systems, develop required logic and controller programs as necessary, to create and maintain performance capabilities. Minimum Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience. 5 or more years of related work experience. Experience with Performance Engineering and Non-Functional testing. Experience with Security Testing - SAST & DAST. Preferred Qualifications 6 or more years of demonstrated development experience with an emphasis on QA and QE automation. 5 or more years of Quality Assurance and Performance Engineering or related experience in field of Information Technology. Experience with multiple quality assurance platforms and methodologies. Experience with tools such as: LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, ADO, Selenium, Cucumber, Automated testing experience involving transactions, such as electronic interfaces, data transactions between system and complex administrative operations. Salary Range $130,000 ~ $150,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and may fall outside of this range.
