Workday Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Workday Platform Engineer who is passionate about developing highly-resilient, fundamentally-sound objects to support Human Resource technology. General Responsibilities: Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios Deliver solutions in Workday across various areas while maintaining high standards Effectively communicate across teams and influence solutions across business partners Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide innovative ideas to optimize business results Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues Basic Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration Experience working in an agile delivery environment Workday or Workday Pro certifications Experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting If you are passionate about technology, solving complex problems, and driving innovation, then we'd love to meet you.
