THE ROLE The User Generated Content [UGC] Marketing Coordinator will report to the Affiliate Marketing Manager and assist in the sourcing, engagement, and management of user-generated content (UGC) creators. They will play a crucial role in coordinating UGC campaigns, handling contracts and payouts, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our database. This role is essential in driving authentic and compelling content for our brand's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role specializes in relationship management, is an effective multitasker, and adheres to content coordination processes and best practices. The position requires a high level of familiarity with social media platforms, quick learning abilities, and efficient contract and payment management. This is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office full-time and travel to work events. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and source potential UGC creators who align with our brand values and target audience Conduct outreach to UGC creators, presenting collaboration opportunities and fostering relationships Act as the primary point of contact for UGC creators, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the collaboration process Develop and maintain a database of UGC creators for ongoing and future campaigns Collaborate with UGC creators to develop high-quality, authentic content that can be used in marketing campaigns and advertisements Provide creative direction and guidelines to UGC creators to ensure consistency with brand messaging and aesthetic Track and analyze the performance of UGC content, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders Identify trends and opportunities to optimize UGC strategies and improve campaign effectiveness Manage the payout process for UGC creators, ensuring timely and accurate compensation Maintain records of contracts and payments, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UGC marketing Provide onsite support and assistance during festivals Undertake additional responsibilities as they arise QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Proven experience in influencer or UGC marketing Familiarity with Spark Ads, Tik Tok Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager and an overall understanding of digital advertising in relation to the marketing and influencer space Previous experience in project coordination or related roles is a plus Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders Proficiency in contract management and payment processes Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal capabilities to effectively communicate with stakeholders Familiarity with data confidentiality and security practices Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and database management Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing are a plus Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.
