To learn more, visit Reporting to the Manager of Systems and Technology, the CRM Manager will be responsible for the functional and technological management of all systems used in the Office of MBA Admissions at the Wharton School. Including but not limited to the development and day to day management of Slate. This position will be responsible for executing and assisting with daily configuration, support, maintenance, improvement and assessment of our CRM platform and systems in conjunction with the CRM Administrator. The work will be produced in a highly collaborative, solutions-focused environment to support reaching enrollment goals while improving user experience. We seek a creative problem-solver and an enthusiastic team player with an interest in developing mastery at the intersection of the fields of technology and graduate admissions. The ideal candidate has the aptitude and curiosity for learning new systems and enjoys tackling complex projects spanning data analysis, process improvement, and web development. The CRM Manager will also support the department's work in other systems currently including but not limited to Salesforce, Pardot, Qualtrics, and CVENT. Job Description Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to support the continuous development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Slate processes across all functional areas. Manage project documentation including change requests and problem resolutions. Communicate new functionality to stakeholders and provide staff training and documentation when warranted. Provide support and training to users. Assists in building, testing, and maintaining forms, portals, applications, workflows, essential data elements, and system/feature updates throughout the year and during annual cycle prep process. Assist in the development of queries, reports, portals, and dashboards, which will facilitate easier and more accurate reporting for internal and external customers related to assessment, rankings, and other analytics. Assists in assessing and analyzing performance of the system and identify opportunities to further leverage the use of Slate CRM technology to meet institutional goals. Follow and maintain policies and procedures for consistent methods for querying data and ensuring the highest performance on all databases. Perform data entry and cleanup as part of the deduping process through Consolidated Records in the CRM environment. Analyze reporting requirements; design, develop, code, test and maintain user reports, dashboards, and corresponding queries. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Slate or similar customer relationship management system. Familiarity with web development tools strongly desired. Ability to proactively assess current procedures and develop systems that improve efficiency of the MBA Admissions and Financial Aid Office, allowing for delivery of timely information to staff. Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects within deadlines Excellent creative problem-solving skills Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team and independently with minimal supervision Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
