Manager, Fund Accounting [ Growth Oriented] Responsibilities The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting the accounting and operations for one of the company's business development companies within its Global Private Debt Strategy. Responsibilities will include: Resolving cash reconciliation items; Reviewing daily transaction postings; Recording of monthly closing accruals; Calculating management and incentive fees; Reviewing and reconciling capital activities and statements maintained by the transfer agent: Preparation of monthly fund reporting and performance metrics; Coordinating with independent auditors, custodians, and transfer agents; Assist in the production of monthly and quarterly reporting for leverage facilities; Reviewing quarterly and annual 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings; Participate in projects and continuous process improvements for key deliverables; and Performing other tasks as required. Qualifications/Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred. 5-7 years of relevant fund accounting experience. Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis; Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Geneva and/or Geneva World Investor, accounting systems and Markit WSO (notice portal) is a plus.
