We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Tampere. You will be a member of the Automation and Software team, building software for cutting-edge, intelligent glass processing machinery. The position requires working in a cross-functional team, solving complex real-world engineering challenges, and cooperating with other software and quality assurance engineers and internal stakeholders. This is what your work is about: Designing, developing and testing PLC software to meet product and customer needs Troubleshooting issues and analyzing software performance. Ensure continued functionality during maintenance and deployment of new software versions This is your preferred background: MSc or BSc in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid background in software development with 3+ years of experience Solid experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 PLC software and/or Siemens PLC development with Siemens TIA Portal Knowledge of fieldbus technologies, such as Profibus/Profinet, OPC UA or Modbus Our commitment.
