And that is where this role comes in. As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role within our Company. We're looking for a proactive, data-driven decision-maker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, ideally with experience in eCommerce or manufacturing. We need a passionate marketing professional who has endless ideas and is willing to roll up their sleeves to work strategically and tactically. Key responsibilities include: Managing key marketing channels, optimizing campaigns, collaborating with agencies, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences to deliver against revenue, lead-generation and channel benchmark goals. Essential Functions & Accountabilities Marketing Channel Ownership: Owns planning, tactical execution and performance across core marketing channels (paid search, email, blog, social media and trade shows) Campaign Testing and Optimization: Provides proactive recommendations for campaign optimizations and testing, collaborating with analytics team. Agency Management: Partners with our PPC agency to achieve aggressive paid search revenue goals. Works with additional agency partners as needed. Always-On Marketing and Campaign Planning: Owns annual marketing calendar to ensure we're effectively optimized across owned and paid marketing channels. Messaging and Content Creation: Strong writer and communicator who knows how to craft content and messaging so we're customer-first (vs. business first). Lead Generation: Ideates and delivers case studies, blog posts and one-pagers to drive lead generation. Sales Support: Partners with sellers to proactively suggest and execute ways to drive sales and identify MQLs. Customer Experience Support: Collaborates with customer success team to develop marketing communications to improve customer experience. Project Management: Strong project manager who can develop clear timelines for campaign deliverables and drive toward timely delivery. Trendsetting: Regularly stays up-to-date on the latest SEO, SEM and digital marketing industry information, trends and opportunities. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrated record of success developing impactful B2B go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns, optimizing campaigns as needed. Strong platform knowledge of: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Power BI, Click Dimensions, Microsoft CE and other reporting systems. Ability to be flexible and work within a fluid work environment. Education/Training/Experience This role requires a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field and 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
