Description: As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, and packaging of plastic chemistry analysis discs within a clean room environment. This role requires attention to detail, effective material handling, and the ability to maintain accurate records throughout the assembly process. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly, inspection, and packaging of plastic chemistry analysis discs in a clean room environment. Handle materials and load/unload machines efficiently. Conduct reliable inspections of small attributes using a magnification ring lamp at a fast pace. Maintain accurate records of the assembly process, including progress and any issues encountered. Provide feedback to leads or supervisors when deviations from accepted practices or safety issues are identified. Requirements: Successfully pass basic inspection skills during the interview process and maintain inspection reliability throughout employment. Ability to work at a fast pace while performing a variety of functions. Capable of frequently lifting up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodations. Availability to work any shift assigned, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work and flexibility to shift scheduled start times as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English to follow procedures consistently. Dependable attendance and strong commitment to teamwork and cooperation with leadership. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment. Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. In the absence of a high school diploma/GED, candidates should have 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience or 5 years of overall experience. Experience in a fast-paced environment or in a medical device company is beneficial. Education: High School
