MAU is hiring a Control Engineer for our client in Warrensburg, MO. As a Control Engineer, you will develop cost-effective manufacturing processes, oversee equipment installation and maintenance, implement PLC and robot logic changes, provide technical support, ensure electrical code compliance, and coordinate team and vendor activities to meet objectives. This is a direct-hire opportunity. Experience with Microsoft Office and quality management software Skilled in programming software, including ProWORX NXT, Modsoft, PanelBuilder, Magelis, V/V+, VisionWare, MotionWare, TestPoint, Fix 32 Intellution, RSView, RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, and Bitrode LCN Knowledgeable in college-level geometry, algebra, and trigonometry Strong skills in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley & Modicon), robot programming and troubleshooting (Adept & Fanuc), and electrical code compliance Essential Functions Design, develop, evaluate, analyze, select, and order appropriate and cost-effective equipment for manufacturing company products and systems Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems Stay current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues Study equipment performance and reliability Provide technical support to operations and other disciplines within the engineering organization Identify and develop processes needed to produce specific products and components Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and perform job functions Work on problems of diverse scope, analyzing data to evaluate identifiable factors Implement PLC and Robot logic changes Provide technical support to maintenance and operations Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting, specifically with Allen Bradley and Modicon systems Skilled in robot programming and troubleshooting for Adept and Fanuc robots Knowledgeable in electrical code compliance Coordinate electrical control equipment builds, installation and training Oversee and coordinate the efforts of company employees and vendors to ensure the successful achievement of established objectives Operate under general supervision #PS
