Expectations and Daily Focus Hands on/hybrid approach in a growing store, with a focus on streamlined customer interactions Welcome customers to the store with an extreme focus on a smooth transition from Sales to Finance Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a thorough but efficient consultative interview process Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Drive for performance in both CSI and PVR, CSI a must, PVR is expected Master franchise product knowledge to effectively help customers find ideal aftercare products Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive brand loyalty and referral business What are the requirements for the F&I Manager? High school diploma or equivalent Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Ability to set goals and achieve best in class performance Highly detail-oriented and organized Prior sales experience along with proven track record in finance a must Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills Experience and desire to work with technology advances Why should I come work for Stamford Auto Group?
