Litigation Associate

Raines Feldman Littrell LLP is a dynamic and growing national law firm, with opportunities to work on a variety of matters across different offices for clients in diverse industries. The firm is comprised of highly experienced transactional and litigation attorneys from some of the nation's most elite law firms. We are looking for litigation candidates who are eager for hands-on responsibility, leadership, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Running cases from start to finish in collaboration with senior attorneys Serving as point of contact for opposing counsel Preparing for and conducting examination and defense of live witnesses Drafting legal briefs and factual submissions Guiding strategic decisions in complex litigation matters Assisting in preparation for and conduct of trials and other evidentiary hearings Managing deadlines and workflow across multiple clients and matters Qualifications: 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience. Exposure to intellectual property litigation, entertainment litigation, corporate disputes, and/or real estate litigation are preferred Trial or arbitration experience is preferred Strong legal analysis, writing and research skills are required Ability to manage multiple matters and stay ahead of deadlines Strong organizational skills The salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000. Pay is determined based on depth of experience in the practice area. Associates are eligible to participate in RFL's associate bonus program, subject to the programs conditions and restrictions.
