Dedicated Part-Time BCBA: Lead therapist would assist with making or retrieving materials, prep for sessions, etc. Case Coverage: We ensure coverage for your cases during vacations or out-of-office periods. 4. Role Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Use research and clinical experience to create and adjust individualized plans. Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and make necessary revisions. Conduct Assessments: Utilize ABA-approved assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS. Collaborate with Professionals: Work with teachers, doctors, and other Behavior Analysts to support clients. Supervise and Train RBTs: Provide supervision and training according to APF and BACB guidelines. Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree in ABA, Education, or a related field. Certification: BCBA Certified (or sitting for the exam within 6 months of application). Experience: Proven experience working with children with autism is preferred but not required.
