Job Description We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and developing strong long-term relationships with customers. Unlimited growth potential, no caps on commission, and thousands of prequalified leads. Business Development Guides can make $50,000+ the first year, $75,000+ the second year, and $110,000+ the third year. Responsibilities: source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Quickly learn the decorative concrete product and installation knowledge. Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects. Team with the marketing department to build pipeline and close deals. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year ($12.50 an hour base pay plus commission).
