About the Role The full-time Account Manager will focus on developing new relationships as well as maintaining existing relations with corporate and government clients. Through managing our sales cycle the account manager will develop leads, expand our active partner base and help procure the assets needed to impact communities across the US. Please note: This position will be hybrid. Based in one market but covering two markets. Key Role Responsibilities Provide leadership in the day-to-day activities of the sales strategy Identify leads, develop prospects and bring onboard new business partners 75% Outbound Prospecting and 25% Account Management Maintain relationships with existing strategic partners Maintain and develop a strong network of connections with the community Represent PCs for People at conferences, conventions, and association meetings Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations Connect with businesses across the market that can utilize PCs for People's electronic recycling services Keep up to date with industry developments and maintain awareness of market conditions and competition Provide feedback and contribute ideas to growth and expansion Assist in the submission of RFPs, MOUs, SOWs, MSAs, recycling agreements, and security agreements Cold call potential donors Regular communication with donor before/during/after pick-up Meet with and conduct site visits with donors Liaison between donor and PCs for People Quarterly check-ins/business review with high-end donors Maintain donor files Regular follow-up with previous donors Sell ITAD services and review agreements Complete partnership agreements as required Work with Operations to coordinate pick-ups Manage truck calendar Provide detailed pick-up information Bring in and review leads Point of contact for all things ITAD Provide ITAD receipt and asset list Provide certificate of destruction Provide transfer of ownership Additional duties as assigned Requirements Desired Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communication or similar field 2+ years of sales or business, sales, account management or relationship development experience Passion for the craft of selling and relationship building CRM experience, specifically hubspot Sales Focused Good spoken and written communication skills Great people and presentation skills Proven business development or sales experience Experience in developing leads and closing new business Entrepreneurial mindset Desire to help the community and interest in digital inclusion Technology or recycling industry knowledge is a plus Benefits We are a growing non-profit and expect this position to drive continued growth.
