Job Description Responsibilities Assists with maintenance and administration of computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Provide basic client support. Performs daily operation and maintenance of the network environment. Install, troubleshoot, test and upgrade network hardware and software. Maintain detailed documentation of network changes, configurations and standard work and provides usage instructions to users. Other duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements Student currently pursuing an IT related degree. Experience with Windows OS, Windows Office Products, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SQL and Switches a plus. Optional experience includes Mitel Phone Systems, Cisco Routers, iSeries (AS400). Self-directed with a knowledge of a variety of technologies and applications. Possess the ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within all levels of Trail King. Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension skills. Organized project management skills including critical thinking, problem solving, active listening and prioritization. Analytical thinking, and confidentiality a must. Physical Demands & Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Must be able to work up to 8 hours per day. Ability to sit for long periods, stand, and walk and climb stairs as necessary. Must use necessary PPE to enter manufacturing area. Occasional lifting of 10 to 40 pounds.
