A professional services firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Business Advisory Services Senior / Manager. Responsibilities: The Business Advisory Services Senior / Manager will: Prepare tax closings, compilations, closing of books, reviews, and tax preparation Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork and wrap-up Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel Communicate with Manager, and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a Public Accounting firm and/or related setting Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA and/or part passed Intermediate understanding of Accounting & Reporting standards Microsoft Office Suite proficient Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Working knowledge of ProFx, Caseware, and Go File Room
