AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is hiring for a Treasury Director to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting the strategy for financing, the cash flow profile of ACA's business operations, and oversees the cash management functions. The Treasury Director is a key strategic partner to senior leadership, and advises on acquisitions, vehicle financing, credit card processing, and banking requirements. Primary Responsibilities: + Directs the Cash Operations team, which administers the cash flow process and cash flow forecasting model for the Organization. + Partners with the risk management team involving managing insurable and financial risks across the enterprise. + Manages all investment portfolio reporting to the Finance Committee including the integration of investment portfolios assumed in connection with mergers with other AAA clubs. + Develops investment income budgets and tracks actual performance versus budget in concert with relevant external parties. + Manages Line of Credit arrangements and associated collateral and compliance requirements. + Manages the process by which portfolio management responsibilities may be competitively bid and any consequent consolidation of investment management. + Advises on all system development and strategic planning as it relates to the Organizations Treasury functions. + Advises lines of business when exploring cash management relationships for the organization (Bill Matrix, Purchasing Cards, Data Line, Merchant Services, PNC Bank, etc.). + Implements the Treasury Departments annual objectives and strategic plans. + Determines and establishes the Organization cash position including short-term investments on a daily basis. + Implements changes in policies for the improvement of cash flow and the security of the Organizations assets. + Provides analytical Investment support to senior Finance Leadership. + Monitors all investment portfolio holdings and responsible for all performance reporting (fixed income, equity, and short-term holdings) for all AAA Club Alliance entities. + Monitors macro-economic forecasts and corporate earnings releases, event risk and Wall Street analyst recommendations. + Interacts with the brokerage community, cash management vendors, and attend off-site related Treasury and Investment functions. + Prepares and presents financial data to the Finance and Budget Committee of the Board of Directors. + Participates on National AAA projects for contract negotiations related to financial services and other related areas. + Participates in risk management activities to drive better business outcomes. + Ensures strong liaison with business line leaders to understand financial risks to be able to provide coverage to manage risk appropriately. + Shares accountability for the Reinsurance entity with ownership of finance requirements of entity. + Performs other duties as needed. Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics; Masters degree preferred. + 7-10+ years applicable experience in Treasury, Investments and Risk Management. + 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. + Strong technical knowledge of markets, investments, financing and risk management with advanced knowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles & Investments. + Ability to access and analyze data from related financial systems; able to analyze, recommend, execute and report multiple investment instruments/strategies + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access with the ability to download, upload, and manipulate several different file types for use with Microsoft Office. Must possess strong database skills with the ability to develop tables, queries, macros, and forms. + Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to formulate positions & recommendations to drive consensus. + Able to present ideas and results of investment portfolios to management using effective written, verbal, and people skills. + Ability to provide guidance to more senior team members around timing, expectations, and problems that arise & provide leadership and direction to less senior team members. ?
