Description: Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Vertical Mill Machinists for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI . This is a second shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope: Confirm Vise is True to Machine Review Set Up Sheet and Pulled Tools Provide Feedback of any Concerns to Team after Tooling is Set Run Single Control and Small Vertical Machines Use Appropriate Machining Tools: Go/No Go Gauges and Calipers for Inspections, Compare to Blueprint Set up, Operate, and Tend to Preventative Maintenance for CNC Equipment Identify Non-Conformances During Inspections of Component Parts and Properly Document such Non-Conformances Notify Supervisor when work received does not Meet the Specifications Required Record Accurate Log of Job Times and Specifications for Audit Reports Maintain, Clean Equipment, Tools, Work Area Requirements: Minimum of 5 Years of Machining Experience; 3 Years of HAAS Control is Preferred Able to Interpret and Work from Complex Drawings and Blueprints Strong Knowledge of Decimals Ability to Use Precision Measurement Tools Company Details: Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
