Your Role: Provides HR administrative support to the HR team. Partners and consults with business leaders and client groups to develop and execute HR strategies that foster collaboration, organizational effectiveness, and the acquisition and retention of best-in-class talent. Guides leaders and associates on best practices and company policies/procedures for interviews, hiring, onboarding, associate development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Your Impact: Support the New Hire Onboarding Process I9 Compliance Reporting and Analysis Performance Management Relationship Management Special Projects Work Your Experience: Working towards a degree or equivalent experience Must be able to work 40 hours per work during the summer of 2025 Fluent in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Foundational knowledge of engagement tactics related to culture, diversity, and inclusion.
