Good Samaritan Medical Center, a member of the Steward Health Care System is seeking experienced full-time and per diem Anatomic Pathologists to join our clinical team at our location in Brockton, MA. Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough examination, diagnosis, and interpretation of various specimens, including all aspects of surgical pathology, cytology and clinical pathology. • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to discuss case findings and contribute to treatment decisions vis a vis multiple multidisciplinary cancer care conferences. • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety standards, protocols, and regulations. • Actively participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with advancements in pathology to maintain a high level of expertise. Qualifications: • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. • Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (ABP). • State medical license to practice in Massachusetts or the ability to obtain one. • A strong commitment to patient care, accuracy, and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration. • Specialty specific Boards would be beneficial but not required Benefits: • Competitive salary and potential for performance-based bonuses. • Health insurance. • Generous paid time off and vacation days. • Retirement savings plan with employer match. • Continuing education opportunities and support for professional development. • Relocation assistance for qualified candidates moving to the area.
