Ownership of financial assurance program as well as Treasury FP&A responsibilities which include cross-functional relationships across Finance. This Treasury Professional P2 position is a highly cross-functional role with responsibility for analytics, dashboarding, and ownership spanning various functions of Treasury. Responsibilities frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. This role develops a strong foundation that will transition into future growth roles within Treasury. Primary areas of responsibility: Analysis and dashboard creation across all of Treasury to enable data-driven decisioning and develop a broad-based understanding across Treasury. This includes preparing and presenting reports to senior management. Collaborating with business leaders and financial institutions to analyze the organization's placement of various forms of financial assurance. Forecasting, planning, and analysis of financial services fees across Treasury. This includes gaining alignment across Treasury leaders. Responsibilities for daily liquidity management primarily as a backup to other associates. As part of this role, an associate must understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives. This role will be responsible for making decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and receive guidance where needed. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Less than 5 years of Financial Transactions experience Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree Additional Information This is a Hybrid/ Home position requiring 3 days in office per week, if located within commuting distance of preferred Humana location: NYC, DC, Louisville, KY. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $63,400 - $87,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
