Job Summary Execute the audit scheduling and assignment process to program requirements. Perform duties in support of clients and auditors operating in the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. Manage project(s) to improve the Monogram/APIQR Program. Provide support to the Monogram/APIQR Sr. Manager and Director. Duties/Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the assignment and scheduling of API Monogram licensing, APIQR certification, and API witnessing program audits. Act as a liaison between auditors and facilities. Provide assistance to the Audit Assignment Team in auditor competence evaluation, training, qualification, and approval, including: Planning and scheduling qualification and training audits. Updating auditor profiles in program management software. Participating in auditor training courses/seminars. Answer general program and stakeholder (licensees, users, applicants, etc.) inquiries via computer-based communication tools and e-mail Research customer inquiries regarding upcoming audits, billing questions, and late payments from facilities. Retrieve, process, and respond to communications from clients and auditors as appropriate. Email and organize client and audit-related documentation. Forward application requests to appropriate personnel. Provide support as needed with the administration of program projects. Key Relationships Reports to the Sr. Manager, Audits and Auditors Support Qualifications Requires 0-3 years of experience in a similar role and subject matter expertise. Bachelor's degree in relevant area, or other related field equivalent work experience. Some positions may only require an Associates degree/technical diploma, or other related field equivalent work experience. Experience or knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and API Spec Q1 and/or API Specifications requirements desired. Ability to work virtually from a location in the Middle East, Asia, or Oceania during the normal working days and hours in those regions. Qualified candidates from other regions (for example, in the United States) will be considered provided they are willing to work from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Eastern time. Ability to research and assimilate information accurately from a variety of sources desired. Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint with an aptitude to learn other computer programs quickly. Ability to manage simultaneous assignments effectively with minimal supervision. Capacity to acquire technical skills. Attention to detail, exceptional organization, and prioritization skills required. Strong understanding of business processes and workflow coordination required. Customer service aptitude required. Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin a plus. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to program policies and procedures. Ability to work in a global environment and understand and adapt to different cultures required. Excellent time management skills required. Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced operations environment with changing priorities. Ability to comprehend, address, and resolve non-routine inquiries and program related issues. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds on occasion.
