Director of VIP & Public Relations

POSITION SUMMARY: Develop and implement a communication strategy to boost brand awareness and reinforce values, with a focus on VIP services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain a chart of VIP talent partnerships, including strategies for seeding, gifting, and dressing. • Set and innovate goals for the VIP/Celebrity strategy based on performance. • Collaborate with social media for VIP talent content creation. • Update the 360 Marketing Calendar with key dates and brand initiatives. • Plan and execute events for celebrities, influencers, and media. • Monitor industry trends and present quarterly insights. • Partner with internal teams for impactful product launches. • Build relationships with influential leaders to enhance brand visibility. • Identify opportunities for the brand in retail and denim. • Propose and execute diverse PR initiatives, including influencer marketing. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications. • Pitch media for high-profile press coverage. • Create educational tools for partners and customers. • Track press coverage and manage internal communications. • Maintain the communication calendar. ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION: • High-energy, proactive self-starter with a strong network of VIPs. • Creative problem solver with proven results. • Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor's degree (minimum) and 5+ years of experience. • Budget management experience preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to adapt and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
