We are a clinician-operated, clinician-owned, female, and veteran-run organization whose mission is to support clinical systems so clinicians can focus on what's important: providing strong clinical care to individuals with autism. We are looking for a well-rounded BCBA who exhibits progressive views in providing behavior analytic services, can work collaboratively with other clinicians and non-clinicians, and shares in our primary value of protecting ABA services for our field and the betterment of our clients. What you can expect: Support your work/life cycle. We have developed systems to support clinicians in navigating any personal or professional needs during their employment. Our Directors and non-clinical employees focus on systems analysis, performance management, and behaviorally-based safety so clinicians can efficiently incorporate those systems into treatment. Strong emphasis for clinicians to build business acumen. Our data is shared transparently so that our staff have the knowledge to be comfortable with the business component of the organization. A tiered bonus structure that guarantees clinicians have multiple opportunities to access reinforcement The bonus structure involves operational (billable hours) AND clinical (treatment integrity scores, client progress, RBT performance, etc.) elements. Staff are held accountable for the variables that are truly in their control PTO means PTO. Billable hours are prorated during PTO and holidays. Transparency with caseload decisions. Our unique caseload structure assigns cases based on a combination of diagnostic, environmental, and family variables. Caseloads are adjusted up when clients make progress according to our system and are adjusted down if these variables increase. The decision to adjust caseloads is a collaborative decision between clinician and supervisor. Clinicians will always be able to prepare for changes in their caseload based on our system, never exceeding 25 hours per week. Clinical growth opportunities. We have strong connections with leaders in the field who provide continuing education to our staff. Pre-Requisite Skills: Ability to effectively and respectively communicate clinical and ethical topics, engaging in professional humility. Promote a positive, psychologically safe environment. Strong time management skills, including being proactive about when you need support. Foundational clinical skills and ability to identify boundaries of competence. Emerging or foundational operational skills. Strong supervision skills. Job Requirements: Conduct initial and re-assessment authorizations for clients on your caseload, adhering to insurance and organizational requirements and time frames. Meet billable hour requirements. Supervise and coach RBTs according to organizational and BACB standards. Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code. Implement clinical best practice standards set forth by the organization and other leading organizations (e.g., CASP, BHCOE). Build rapport with caregivers and provide education in treatment plan implementation. Coordinate care activities with all providers. Participate in supervision meetings with Directors to report on client progress.
