Senior Account Manager at a Top Environmental Services Company Introduction: Join our client, an industry-leading innovative environmental services company, as a Senior Account Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect for New Business: Utilize cold calling, internet research, and participation in trade shows to identify new business opportunities. - Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and phone contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Quote Preparation: Initiate and follow company procedures to gather necessary information for creating formal customer quotes, coordinating with various departments. - Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries promptly, schedule literature requests, and ensure accuracy in feedback and support. - Billing Coordination: Obtain accurate billing information from customers and liaise with the Accounting department for credit verification and resolution of billing issues. - Activity Recording: Maintain precise records of all sales activities using the CRM system to ensure seamless operations and follow-ups. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in direct sales; operations background is a plus. - Industry Knowledge: Preferably experienced in waste management or a related industry. - Self-Motivation: Demonstrates eagerness and self-starting initiative. - Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in communication and organizational abilities. - Time Management: Efficiently manages time and works independently. - Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite. - Professionalism: Exhibits a professional attitude and presentation.
