Qualifications Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in financial systems, accounting, budget analysis, or financial management. Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. Knowledge of the theory, methods, principles, and practices of accounting and generally accepted accounting principles. Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate financial and administrative data to develop and generate reports for financial decision-making. Familiarity with governmental financial automated systems. Ability to effectively use automated financial systems. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Preferred Master's degree.
