Must work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday) 6am-4:30pm 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday) 4:30pm-3am As an Assembler you will: * Assemble all types of devices, working from blueprints, sketches and other established procedures and data. Alter parts to suit assemblies as required. Inspect, label, pack and identify assemblies as required * Sets-up and operates equipment, including tooling and controls. * Makes necessary gauge adjustments and settings. * Selects proper raw stocks and checks against blueprint specifications. * Segregates, sorts, and disposes of scrap and writes scrap tickets. * Counts, reports and records production. * Makes necessary gauge adjustments and settings. * Selects proper raw stocks and checks against blueprint specifications. * Segregates, sorts, and disposes of scrap and writes scrap tickets. * Counts, reports and records production. * Coats surfaces of manufactured and purchased articles or equipment with finishing or protective material. * Uses foampacker. * Operates hoists. * Assist with hanging and removing parts on the powdercoat line. * Hanging and removing parts on the paintline. * Selects, measures, cuts and assembles lumber and crates products as required This is a Full-Time Contract to hire opportunity. The ideal Assembler will have: * High School Diploma or GED * Warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. * Strong work ethic and good attendance * Ability to carry out physical functions of the job: stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 26 pounds.
