1. Lead thejanitorial staff and oversee completion of all required tasks 2. Deep clean- on schedule- Galley Gaylord systems, Dining room overheads (baffles), vents and windows. 3. Sanitize all restrooms. 4. Maintain cleanliness of the back dock and parking lot area, to include the baling machine and trash compactor. 5. Utilize the floor care machine to maintain the galley/serving line quarry tile and salad bar/beverage bar/scullery terrazzo floors. 6. Cleaning of kitchen equipment and spaces as directed. 7. Deep clean all galley hot/cold food holding boxes. 8. Operate delivery truck to transport equipment from site to site. 9. Work closely with supervisor to meet departmental goals. 10. Report all defective equipment to appropriate supervisor. 11. Following safety procedures and reporting safety hazards to appropriate supervisor. 12. Removal of trash from the building during non-business hours. 13. Minor painting/ touch up projects. 14. Knowledge and the ability to use a pallet jack. 15. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: •Minimum of one year of work experience in a large volume food preparation setting is preferred. •Sanitation license is preferred.
